I think you'll find anything that ignores 3+ armor makes marines hug the dirt pretty tight. Even if you only do a wound 1/3 of the time with the gun.
It's actually a 2/3 chance if you hit with both shots. :)
5 storm troopers, with 2 plasma rifles. Marines hate me...hate me!
Wolf Guard are really nasty as well. Being I can give them anything really.
