I think this picture says it all!!! 

Are Necrons Over Powered?  They were the first codex written closest to 6th edition that obviously benefit from new rules, cool and new abilities, and awesome looking models. But overpowered??????

I've been too busy/out of town the last few weeks to make it to my regular Monday night game.  Was able to meet up with Totengraber this week for a shit's and giggles game and was absolutely blown away by who my MVP units were!

I tried out my tyranids the other day, and lets say it was an interesting game. It was against tau, and a relatively casual list. My Nid list was based off of my 5th ed tourney list, but I was trying a few things, so it wasn't that amazing. Up to this point  in 6th I had been playing NOVA missions (all two games I had played) so we decided to play from the BRB.

I played my second game of 6th edition, trying out a Jumper list this time. My jumper list was mostly built for 1.5k maybe up to 1750, but I stretched it (using some proxies and wasted points). It was again using Nova format and pitted against DE again. In the past this match up has favored me, but we'll see how it goes...

I may be a little behind the curve, but I finally got my first game of 6th edition in yesterday. Funny thing is I know the rules better than some, being a bookworm at times and such. But my first game was interesting, learned a few things, gained a bit of perspective. I decided to try out my standard 2k BA mech list just to see how things have changed for it.

What to do, what to do... It seems that I'm stuck with an army that I literally can't figure out the rules for in 6th Edition. What's up with that? 400 pages and GW can't put a one-line entry in the reference for the Glaives my Sanguinary Guard carry?
